Even though didn’t end up buying a car from them, it was a great experience. The market adjustments killed the deal for me (although I later learned this was a universal for both Honda and Toyota), but the a great experience. The market adjustments killed the deal for me (although I later learned this was a universal for both Honda and Toyota), but the salesman was transparent about it, knew the cars well, and at no point did I feel like there was an adversarial negotiation going on like I felt at most other places. Didn’t seem irritated in the slightest when he realized a deal wasn’t happening, and was as polite on the way out as on the way in. I hope Honda corporate changes their approach to supplying dealerships so I can give them my business in the future without the market adjustment. More
