G Mac , my wife and I bought a new CRV. We worked with Terry S he could not of been more professional or nice and courteous. He made the whole experience wonderful. They both purchased cars and had the same experience we did loved working with Terry. My wife has had to bring the CRV in for service on a couple minor little things. She worked with service associate Brian O’R she said she had never had a service person be as patient and polite with her as he was. He walked her through everything that had to done in detail. She was always nervous and intimidated by service people, not anymore. With employees like Terry S and Brian O’R We have become huge Continental Honda fans and refer them to all of her friends and family. More

Second time going through Continental Honda for my car purchase. I purchased a Honda Fit as my first NEW car a couple years ago. But now with my 3 month old baby, I definitely needed something with more r purchase. I purchased a Honda Fit as my first NEW car a couple years ago. But now with my 3 month old baby, I definitely needed something with more room & to have remote start so I don’t take her into a freezing car. Dan Aristizabal was incredibly helpful upgrading me to a Honda CRV. He really went above & beyond to find me a car I could afford & met the needs for me & my family. As I was finishing up with the last of the paper work, he did everything that he could do to make it as easy as possible to transfer my things to my new car & even installed my baby’s car seat. Dan will be the only person I will go to in the future for any car purchases. I’d like to thank him from the bottom of my heart for helping my little family find the best car for us & making it go so smoothly. More

Continental Honda is a bit out of our normal radius, but it was worth the drive. I was looking for a Honda CRV since I knew they were reliable and great cars. I went through the Costco program and worked with Terry. He answered my numerous questions and was super helpful and knowled reliable and great cars. I went through the Costco program and worked with Terry. He answered my numerous questions and was super helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy. I asked how long it would take to buy the car since I needed to plan it out. He said about 2.5 hours. BUT, it's actually 45 mins. The rest of the time he helps you figure out how to work everything in the car! He's very patient and didn't rush me during that time. So depending on how many questions you have, you could be out of there in 45 mins! He's that good! I highly recommend him and this dealership. It was a very pleasant experience when usually you come to dread it! More
