Usually I hate the car purchase activity. Ahmet and Erik made the process quite pleasant. Ahmet knows everything about the car we thaqt interested us and after the price agreement was made, he took us thro made the process quite pleasant. Because of his experience we were able to come to an agreement on price that was the most painless that we have ever experienced. We will recommend Continental Honda without reservation. Within the last 9 yrs, I have purchased 5+ vehicles from this location with every visit/purchase being stellar. On my last visit, I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle, since the one I had this location with every visit/purchase being stellar. Working with Ahmet and Mike, they were able to get me in a brand new Crosstour at the right price and for the term length I wanted. We had very friendly and cooperative working relations with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales repr with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales representative who finally did work out the final price. Since the color was not available then, the sales personnel found the color, got the car, got it ready and then we worked with the Business dept. official, Mike Manns, and worked out the final contractual arrangements, documents and eventually delivery of the car.
