He was courteous and professional in every aspect of the negotiation process, answering all my questions with precise knowledge and experience. The porter, Larry Cooper was very gracious and kind to prepare my vehicle for delivery by meticulously cleaning the inside and out and applying a good coat of sealant on the paint too. The best and most surprising car buying experience I've had. I am 28 and have owned 10 cars. Four of them I bought from dealers and this was by far my best experience. CarMax was nice but they tend to be expensive and it's pretty straight forward. I've gone through complete nightmares trying to buy cars and had to walk away from a car I really liked and was ready to buy, simply because the sales people and/or finance managers were insufferable swindlers. However with Richard Jeagar at Continental Honda (along with the finance manager, I think his name was Mike but I can't remember) was a total dream. Richard asked me about myself and my life and asked honestly what I thought I could afford monthly. I told him and he went to work. Over a couple initial visits we bonded a little and he went to bat for me and my family. Not only did he get me the car I wanted but also a lower price than I could have expected AND a lower interest rate. They got me half the APR anyone else was willing to give me. He was super cool and not at all like the typical slimy, high pressure car salesmen that come to mind when you imagine buying a car. He seemed completely transparent about the process and what he could do for me. He gave me realistic expectations then exceeded them. I loved dealing with a car enthusiast who wasn't also condescending because he knew a lot more than I did. (though I do have a pretty good knowledge of cars and how to work on them) Continental Honda is an hour and a half from my house WITHOUT traffic but when we go to buy a car for my wife we will be, gladly, taking that drive to Richard and Continental Honda. More

Great Experience! I don't usually write reviews on places, but after the experience I had yesterday I very compelled to. I went into Continental Honda without any expec I don't usually write reviews on places, but after the experience I had yesterday I very compelled to. I went into Continental Honda without any expectations because my past experiences trying to get a car at a dealership has not been pleasant. Due to my credit, or lack thereof, I haven't been able to get approved and I always felt like I was getting hustled at other dealerships. This was not the case here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Nick Charalampous helped pick a few cars that matched what I wanted immediately. Test drove them with no problem and the cars exceeded my expectations. They keep their cars running well and looking just as good. Once again we ran into a hiccup with my credit but Nick had the finance team work their magic to ensure that I would finally get approved. He even got them to take my '97 Nissan Maxima as a trade! Got me a great price on the car I wanted, with great payments and even helped get affordable insurance. And it was all painless and an overall great experience. The entire staff was very welcoming and cheerful. They ensure that you're not only happy during your visit and purchasing a car, but they have you leaving with the peace of mind knowing that you and your car will b taken care of for as long as u own it. I can't thank Nick enough for what the experience and for all the help he gave me to ensure that not only would he get them to approve me, but to also make sure I got a great deal that I was happy with. I'm a honda guy now and Nick Charalampous is my go to guy. Can't stress how much I recommend going here to get a great car, a great experience and some good laughs. More
