2015 Honda CRV Rudy Lika was the perfect car salesman and I'm so thankful we started our search at Continental Honda. He was courteous, respectful, helpful, and didn't push us to discuss the price until we were ready. When we were ready to negotiate he was open, fair, and honest and worked hard to earn our business. In addition, everyone at Continental Honda was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. When the color we wanted on our vehicle wasn't immediately available, the General Manager called to assure us that "finding cars is what we do" and even scheduled a pick-up date for the next day, before they had located a specific vehicle. Finally, my wife picked up the vehicle by herself and was nervous about how she would be treated (she's had terrible experiences with car salesman in the past). She had a great experience, was treated with respect, and was out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Her experience speaks to the quality customer service across the entire dealership. If you're going to buy a Honda and you live within an hour of this dealership I strongly strongly recommend you start your search here. If you don't like being treated like a salesperson is doing you a favor or being talked to with a condescending attitude, you're like me. I visited two other Honda dealerships before buying my first Civic here in 2009. The way other dealerships treat you makes you wonder how they stay in business, not here. I've had the pleasure of working with Victor Ponce on my last three vehicle purchases and he's always done an awesome job of breaking down every possible available option to get you the vehicle you really want. Vic is honest and upfront about your options and that is always welcomed when you are making a decision about a major purchase. After having a bout of unemployment, my credit score took a dip but the Finance Director, Mark Norwood, really fought to get me the best interest rate with Honda Financial. Mark really goes to bat for you with HFS and this last time he really exceeded my expectations by getting my payment BELOW what I was expecting to pay.
