Frank did not pressure us excessively (it is there job to pressure a little I suppose) and although he couldn't sell us our first pick for the price we wanted, he recommended another color in the same model which he was able to work with more. Milan in Financing was very thorough in explaining our options and pricing. Even though we chose not to buy the extended warranty, he was not pushing about it. Overall, a good experience. We were able to make the whole deal happen in about 4 hours with a 1 year old with us! I would go to this dealership and to Frank again before going to Honda in Oak Lawn or Orland Park. More

In addition, the showroom was modestly sized, there weren't enough desks to accommodate all the customers and it seemed like some customers including ourselves had to wait a while before a sales associate engaged with them. For these reasons, I didn't give the dealership an excellent rating. Rich Jaeger, the sales associate who served us, did an excellent job. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions, took the time to show us the various options (trims and colors) and provided a complete walk-through of the operations of the main interior features after the sales transaction had been completed. From my initial call through the moment we drove away from the dealership in our new vehicle, Rich was excellent at every step. More
