I bought an 09 Chevy Avalanche on June 16th from Jack. The check engine light came on within 10 minutes of leaving the car lot. Then the transmission went out. I have the conversation where they agreed to pay half of the $2,900 they sent me $500 and claimed they didn't say that. I have it in more then one message, they even told my dad. As if it wasn't enough that they wouldn't take this truck back and return my money. Jack said they would do a full engine flush etc, I have pictures they didn't do anything. I spent $300 to have it towed home, why would I trust them to do the transmission they sold me a faulty truck and I have no doubt they shut of the check engine light. I'm out over a thousand dollars on a rental and have to come up with money for a new transmission. Please read the other reviews posted on facebook, bbb, google they have done this more then once. When asked for a car fax Jack showed me something from autotrader showing the truck was well kept, never been in an accident. Well the carfax I pulled showed it's been in two accidents! I have proof of every conversation, every check engine codes and pictures to show they didn't do anything they claimed to the engine. Please shop else where and save all the time and funds this place will cause you to lose. Truck bought 6/16 and I still haven't gotten my title either. More
