I would not recommend this dealership. They have lied delayed and not performed their obligations on the sales agreement!! More
Unethical/Lacks Integrity/Unprofessional Management/Will not uphold their agreements and are more than willing to undermine their sales team! Warning do not do business with this dealer. Their word (writte not uphold their agreements and are more than willing to undermine their sales team! Warning do not do business with this dealer. Their word (written/verbal) cannot be trusted. They have no concern for their customers, no concern for their integrity and no concern for their reputation. They WILL reverse a sale to out of state customers...not only impacting the customer but they are willing to reverse a commission to their own salesperson. The lack of integrity is appalling. Do not trust anything they tell you. Now, I fully expect a response to this review about not receiving a deposit. They did. They agreed to everything. Bottom line...they don't care about you. They only want your money. Take however they respond with a grain of salt. There are plenty of dealerships to work with. I highly recommend going elsewhere. More
I went into this dealership to explore the possibility of trading a newer vehicle that my spouse and I have not been happy with from another manufacturer and to look at the infinity QX60. I was greeted by a trading a newer vehicle that my spouse and I have not been happy with from another manufacturer and to look at the infinity QX60. I was greeted by a salesman almost immediately and offered beverages while discussing my reason for the visit. While in the process I was asked if I had any idea what I wanted for my vehicle and that they would be happy to give me an initial quote. I did not and did not expect to do much more than just understand the different models. The salesman was very nice and really gave me a lot of attention during the process, and was admittedly unfamiliar with all the different models. I mentioned to him that I was in the very early stages of considering the process but he insisted that this was a new dealership and they were interested in acquiring used cars and getting off on the right foot. I handed over the keys and went to explore the different models with the salesman. After we finished they told me they did not have any of the desired colors in stock, one was to have arrived that day. This is where the 2 stars get taken away. I asked what they had appraised my vehicle at (after an hour) and the sales manager was brought out. The sales manager was a very cordial man who again explained the color they had coming in wasn't in yet and we went to go look at another lower end model for comparison. I again gave my stack rank of choices and was told that they would bring the white one by to drive one night if I'd like to take a look. I thought that was very generous and again asked if they had a valuation on my vehicle since they wanted to talk about a sale. I was told that the sales manager did not want to give me that on a separate sheet, that they wanted to bundle it together. I also asked them to look at stick on the incoming orders and they said they could do a trade if necessary. The salesperson said he would follow up with me the next day and I told him his sales manager could go ahead and write up a deal sheet and email it over with any of them so I could understand the position we needed to be in to make a decision. I never received a call or text or email and still have no idea what they are valuing my car at to determine whether it's even a worthwhile pursuit. Seeing as how I just went in to get an idea of the models and they kept me there for an additional hour without doing the appraisal and didn't bother following up after all the schmoozing I'm not sure I trust them to do a decent deal to begin with. I know how car buying works, and they were hellbent on making sure I didn't get an appraisal separately or even a quote. I wasn't expecting a massive amount for my car and had not done any research or asked for the appraisal. I actually needed to go move stuff from the passenger seat to accommodate that. Waters, soda, snacks and a beautiful dealership will serve them well I am sure, and they are certainly nice folks, but at the end of the day I don't have a card, an email address or anything from the super nice salesman or cordial manager or a phone number to check in with much less an idea of the great deal that would determine whether I can or want to buy a car from them.
