I had first reviewed the Nissan I purchased online. When I arrived Braxton M. met me. He was very friendly and professional. I advised him what I wanted and showed him the car I saw online I wanted to test drive. I test drove it and loved the car. Very clean and handled nicely. When I told him that I had promised my husband I would test drive other cars prior to my decision, he was not pushy it all. He gave me his card and told me the hours he was working. I loved this car! I test drove a couple of other cars, but they were just not the right one. I called Braxton, told him I wanted the car and went back in and made my purchase. I felt a connection with Braxton and would recommend you ask for him when you go to purchase your car. He definitely is part of the Miller family and look forward to working with him hopefully in the near future for a newer car for my hubby. More

I had a great experience at first. Test drove a 2018 Accord Touring that was priced for $26.6k. Worked with Tyler, told him my circumstances with credit, and we proceeded to get approved. So once appr Accord Touring that was priced for $26.6k. Worked with Tyler, told him my circumstances with credit, and we proceeded to get approved. So once approved, I wanted to test drive the car again. At that time, I noticed that the car needed brake pads bad, and also the charging pad wouldn't work. So in asking to adjust the price for these issues (Honda brake pads $400-500, and charging pad $400-$500) they said ok, we will at least replace the pads due to it being a safety issue. Ok, well adjust the price for the charging pad, If im purchasing a vehicle, especially new with 37k miles everything needs to work. So They didn't want to adjust the price due to fees they had to pay to get me approved. But upon looking further the vehicle was in service twice within 100 odometer miles for heating/cooling issues. Also, I had shown where another dealership within ohio had the same car, certified by honda, lower miles for $24.9k. So for that, I just went up to Cleveland to get that car instead, I Felt more secure with that purchase. So, just because the car is at a major dealer, doesn't mean the checked or conditioned the vehicle fully since its not a Nissan. But they were still ok to work with I guess!I had a great experience at first. Test drove a 2018 Accord Touring that was priced for $26.6k. ONLY a 4 star because of the BEGINNING issues, but the final issue was cleared up by Kanoa. We got a great online deal, and service has been an excellent experience (oil change, but its the little things final issue was cleared up by Kanoa. We got a great online deal, and service has been an excellent experience (oil change, but its the little things they did that was nice), so I would suggest them again. I have to drive 30 mjns to get here (Canal Winchester) so I'm not going to drive that distance for below acceptable service. More
Georgesville Nissian has been advertising a "mega sale" on their offical Facebook page and website offering a vocuher of at least $2000 if you trade in your car amd buy one from them. They call this event on their offical Facebook page and website offering a vocuher of at least $2000 if you trade in your car amd buy one from them. They call this event "cash for clunkers" which their advertisment specifically says even if your trade in is worth $1 they will give a voucher no less than $2000 for your trade. i was promised a voucher and all i had to give was my personal information and they would have the voucher when i came to the dealership. Not only did the finance manager Kevin Lee and sales rep Donna Wooten lie to me, they never gave me my voucher and tried to trick me into buying a car for $14,000 which they claim was on sale. They put SIX hard inquiries on my credit report. When i got to the dealership to get the voucher they lied again and said i only get it if i buy a brand new car from them. i have proof and messages from the dealership that the sale and voucher included new and certified used cars. They lied to get my personal information, never gave me the vocuher they promised, ran my credit six times without my permission, lied to me to try and get me to sign for a $14,000 car that they never marked down or took $2000 off. They are using false advertisment and predatory practices preying on the public to steal their information and trick them into buying cars that are not on sale. The only car they showed me was more than $2000 over blue book value and not on sale, they even lie in the advertisment and say they will pay $4000 over blue book value for your trade but no less than $2000. These people need to be stopped. They pulled my credit score down lying with fake voucher More
Title Flipping Blies Bought car, paying in full w/ check. This Dealer cashed my check within 2 days. Records prove vehicle title was already in their dealership's possessi Bought car, paying in full w/ check. This Dealer cashed my check within 2 days. Records prove vehicle title was already in their dealership's possession and name prior to my purchase, but I didn't receive title until 29 days later, which left me only a 3 hr. window the next day to transfer my plates or else pay a late fee. Dealers who are permitted to charge car buyers $285 (and up) for "paperwork", title processing, and fees, and then tax you on most of it, but slow-play your title delivery, as they sit on the $1166 you gave them for state tax, are weak links in the business community. Dealers get a sales tax discount so they do not pay all the tax money they collect from you and their ACTUAL FEES are $15 to flip your title and a discounted portion of the $20 temp tag they sell you. I had 2 other issues with the dealership's M.O. , one comical & the other xxxxty, but the above is the most review-worthy. More
they play the “Co-sign car loan scam” I would give Georgesville Nissan negative stars if I can. They played a “Co-sign car loan scam” on me. First, they tricked me into signing the documen I would give Georgesville Nissan negative stars if I can. They played a “Co-sign car loan scam” on me. First, they tricked me into signing the documents by not disclosing the potential liability involved. The Federal Trade Commission's Trade Regulation Rule on Credit Practices requires a Notice to Co-signer form to be included with any motor vehicle retail installment contract or motor vehicle lease contract that has a signer and co-signer involved. The Notice to Co-Signer form notifies the co-signer they are equally liable for the debt if the signer does not fulfill the responsibilities of the contract. The co-signer should get a copy of this form and read it thoroughly before signing. I was never provided with this form and the salesperson Ronald Bell deliberately hide this information from me. Second, after the documents were signed, Ronald deliberately rushed me out of the door and didn’t provide me with any copy of the paperwork, so I will have no idea what kind of scam they played behind my back. I learned the truth almost one month later only after I received the bills from the bank. Apparently, as a co-singer, I ended up as the primary loan holder, and my name is not on the car title at all. Basically, I applied a car loan for someone else. If I repay the loan today in full, the car is someone else’s, not mine. All these critical information was deliberately concealed from me. Georgesville Nissan played a scam on me and committed a fraudulent action. I tried to return the car back to them, they stated it is too late. If they didn’t deliberately conceal the information and hide the documents from me, I would be able to find out the truth the day I signed the paper and return the car on the same day. I will seek legal advice and try to make them pay for what they did. More
