Were on our way from Texas to Minneapolis when the front u-joint went out on our 2004 GMC Sierra. We had stopped at a dealership in Altoona and were told that they may be able to get us in "late next week" u-joint went out on our 2004 GMC Sierra. It was evening and we drove on to Ames and overnighted in our trailer at Wally World. Pulled in to George White Chevrolet the next morning a bit before 8:00 am and were met at the service door. We were worked right in and were back on the road shortly after 10 am. Very friendly people and genuinely desired to help us. Wish it were not 800 miles from our home. If you need assistance while traveling on I35 this is the place to go. More

Great service! Quick oil change. No appointment needed drive up and it takes about e0 -45 mins! Cant complain about that! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Even saw a guy traveling tha was very upset. I gave specific instructions about what to check on my vehicle, and it did not get checked. I asked if it got checked, the answer was no, followed by an awkward stare. Got a long list of things that were wrong with my car, no instruction on how to fix the specified issues and was hit with a large bill just for a simple oil change. Nothing was outlined about what I was paying for and specific issue I brought to their attention was not even attended to. More
DIAGNOSTIC CODE GHOSTING I called in telling Dale that I had a check engine light on that was throwing the P0014 code regarding the timing belt/chain. He got me scheduled to I called in telling Dale that I had a check engine light on that was throwing the P0014 code regarding the timing belt/chain. He got me scheduled to drop off and lined up with a rental. I already knew for the last 2 times it was brought in for an Oil Change that it was throwing codes regarding the Traction Control and the ABS System. However, when hooking it up to the system they couldn't get the P0014 code to come up, only the codes it was throwing for the last 6-9 months. Since it was throwing the same codes, I didn't feel that it was worthy of paying the $80 diagnostic fee and was in the debate of deciding what to do when I received a call from Randy. He told me they could drop the diagnostic fee to $40 and would still have to pay for parts and labor for the replacement of the windshield wipers. After was all said and done I am glad that they could meet me halfway with the diagnostic fee and I paid the bill in full. Thanks for always looking out for our best interest. More
