On a roadtrip passing through IA from WI, my friend and I drove into this dealership with car issues that I was sure we're serious. Max squeezed us in determining it was the thermostat and was able to fix drove into this dealership with car issues that I was sure we're serious. Max squeezed us in determining it was the thermostat and was able to fix it in between their normal schedule! They go us back on the road in about 5 hrs! Saved us hundreds on a rental.. they saved the day and everyone was SUPER nice, very helpful and made sure we were comfortable.. 5 STAR! More

love this place and usually get exceptional service. I did this time to but back in November I got my front breaks and rotors changed. Well when I went to pick up my vehicle they were squeaky and so I called them and was told they just needed to be broke in. Well here we are in March and they are squeezing so bad. I have been back several times and just keep getting told that's how new breaks are! No way! I paid almost 500 if not more. This should not be Happening! Dealership is saying that's how the new breaks are. Everywhere I go say I need different type of breaks and I was never given that option! I'm sorry but every can hear me coming a mile away and it's embarrassing and they all look and say change ur breaks lady! I did at George white and they say this is normal! I've never had a bad experience like this with them and have always referred everyone to you guys! This is not ok and is not right for the price I paid! Click to Copy More

I had to have a thermostat replaced on my wife's 2015 Tahoe. The job required less than an hour for an untrained mechanic. There was no disassembly to access the thermostat. This Dealer uses a pre plan Tahoe. The job required less than an hour for an untrained mechanic. There was no disassembly to access the thermostat. This Dealer uses a pre planed software program that set their labor hours to do a job. They bill owners based on the horrible (overpriced charges) software. Their software said that to replace the thermostat on the Tahoe would take 4 hours and they charged 4 hours. Total repair was just under 1000.00$ when it should have cost under 250.00$. The Service Manager would not bend based on actual repair time, and even admitted that the labor charge was excess. The owner/ General Manager refused to return my messages. Word of advice, stay away from rip off dealers like this one. Check repair times before having work done, get a written estimate and don not allow extra charges without them getting your approval. This dealer did repairs without giving me a price or I would have refused. How many people are getting ripped off. There is no State Law Regulating such behavior, no Consumer Protection. More
