I’m not going to get into it 100%. Before it gets negative, Paul is great and does what he can do to make you happy. I will never return to this dealership for anything. I purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion titanium from them CERTIFIED. When i went to leave I said to my sales guy that the headlight was foggy and had condensation inside it. He said it was normal since it just went though the wash. NO that’s not normal. Anyway.. I call that night to have a new one ordered because I’m not having issues down the road with the headlight. It gets ordered, I drop my car off Monday to be fixed, was told I would have it back Tuesday evening. So I call to see if my car is going to be ready to pick up and get told no. Okay whatever.. I call Wednesday to say I want to come pick my car up whether it’s done or not and SALES MANAGER MATT flips out on me screaming at me through the phone, so of course I give an attitude right back because I’m not going to be talked to like that. He tells me the car can be picked up when it’s done and when they tell me it can be picked up and stop rushing them because I have a loaner so it’s no issue. So I say I should’ve never gotten the car being this is how they treat customers and he says “ YEAH YOURE 100% RIGHT YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE CAR WE DROPPED 10k OFF THE PRICE FOR YOU. xxxxxxxx! The car was listed for 37k brand new, I got it used for 25k, that is what it was listed for online. Yeah I may have had a loaner, but that loaner was a base model, I just purchased the top of the line fusion, I wanted my car back. There was no reason for him to talk to me the way he did. If he would’ve just said listen, we’re short staffed or I’m sorry for the delay, I wouldn’t be so pissed off. extremely disgusted with the way this place talks to their customers. When they called to tell me the car was ready to be picked up they said it was detailed and had a full tank of gas. Car was detailed but tank was almost empty. Once again, this is SALES MANAGER MATT. Amazing experience! I have been going to this dealership for my Ford leases for about 6 years now. They have always been amazing but this past time I came with a huge iss I have been going to this dealership for my Ford leases for about 6 years now. They have always been amazing but this past time I came with a huge issue on my current car. It had an engine problem and since I was planning on buying it out, I was passed my warranty. Mike Lallay and Matt the sales manager were phenomenal. They did everything they could to ensure that they sent me home with a car that day. They also helped entertain my 9 year old son throughout the long process, I will be coming back to this dealership for all my future cars as well as my family's cars. They are always great and I would highly recommend them! More

While a Ford dealer in a nearby town was more than willing to be helpful and through that earned a new car sale. On the service side vehicles were not ready on time and the car left a mess upon pick up. Do yourself a favor and go to another Ford dealer! More

We left 4 voice messages, 4 SMS and 4 emails for the salesman and sales manager. Nobody, I mean nobody returned our calls. I've never seen such a disrespect to the customer. I will certainly share my opinion about this place with Lincoln and Ford Motor company. More

Fantastic shopping experience. Kudos to Vinnie and James! I used to be a customer of George Wall Lincoln. Left them for a cheaper alternative as I moved into retirement. That cheaper alternative was Honda. I used to be a customer of George Wall Lincoln. Left them for a cheaper alternative as I moved into retirement. That cheaper alternative was Honda. Ended up buying a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. However, I was not happy with the DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown. The car also turned out to be a miserable driving experience thanks to a buggy and defective infotainment system that Honda refused to admit a recall needed to be done on. Enough was enough! I went to George Wall and talked with James and Vinnie. Told them I was sick of my Honda and wanted to trade it in. They made me an offer I could not refuse. Now, I just finished finalizing a lease on a 2019 MKZ Hybrid that is loaded to the gills. I did not have to do as much haggling as I did with Kay Honda. I didn't walk away from the deal thinking I was somewhat ripped off. These guys absolutely prove that you can have an exceptional car purchasing/leasing experience without being taken for a ride. Lastly, I should mention that from past experience, the service department at George Wall is second to none. I have never had a better all-around service experience than dealing with these guys. Thank you, Vinnie and James, for getting me into a vehicle that I no doubt will be happy with, backed by reliable Lincoln support. More

Didn’t waste my time, got me exactly the car I wanted and had me in and out - financed and out the door with two kids in tow - in under an hour at the best price possible. I tried to beat them through True Car and nobody could. As someone in relationship management I really appreciate dealing with someone who values *earning* repeat business and playing the “long game” with their customers. If you feel that way too, these are your guys. More
