I took a test drive. They figured out the cost. They found an incentive and their offer was close. They let me think about it without pressuring me. I asked them to see what they could do to get closer to what I was looking for. The asked me if they did what I asked would I buy the car now. I said yes, we, shook hands and made the deal.
