He quoted me a good price for a vehicle that I expressed interest in and provided me with written quotes and sticker labels of the vehicles he had. What a refreshing change from the previous dealers I had been to where they would pull the "bait and switch" act. I highly recommend this dealership for their integrity, honesty and reliability. I came into the George Wall dealership knowing what I wanted and that I wanted to walk out with a good deal without a lot of haggling and in a short amount of time. I had my calculator and pricing research with me which scares most sales people. I was approached by Kate Sagitova who immediately wanted to understand what I wanted vs just trying to sell me something. She quickly assessed that the model with all options I required was not available on the lot, I had real specific requirements. Kate quickly did her research to find the exact model/options I wanted and worked with her manager to provide me an exceptional price the first time around. I had been to many dealers and none were able to provide such a good price let alone on the first offer. We agreed on pricing and I was promised the vehicle would be brought to the dealer within a few days. Kate followed up with me the next day to confirm the vehicle was available and would be delivered the next day and confirmed she would be there to handle the final paperwork and pickup. Picking up my new car was like no other experience I have had before. All commitments on pricing, options and delivery were met. I have purchased at least 8 new vehicles and no one had ever spent the time and attention with me as Kate did in explaining all the car functions, bells and whistles. She took her time to answer all my questions and I left the dealership feeling very good about my purchase. The dealership is excellent but Kate was exceptional. More
I bought a used Ford Focus 2001 wagon from George Wall. It's been an overall very pleasant & friendly experience. The dealership made the necessary preps & checks to the car and caught problem like replacing a cracked fuel tank hose & supplied the service record. The dealing process went very pleasantly & I arrived at a very good price without much haggling. They don't charge unnecessary charges that some unscrupulous dealership may try to impose. The car was of reasonable good quality & I'm happy with the purchase. I gladly recommend this dealership to anybody. It's no surprise that this dealership has a good rating. More
Kevin was able to fix the station assignments on our TC's XM satellite radio, after Sirius-XM tried four times and failed. Although he is in the sales department, he turns out to be a very talented, hands XM satellite radio, after Sirius-XM tried four times and failed. Although he is in the sales department, he turns out to be a very talented, hands on engineering type, and he went out of his way to help me in my 2006 TC, outside in 100 degree heat, and for no charge. It proved to be just one more example of the stupendous service we get from our friends at George Wall Ford-Lincoln dealer. This has to be one of your finest dealerships. More

George Wall Ford had the exact truck I was looking for an held it for me without my having to put down a deposit. We have bought a number of Ford's from this dealership and always been very pleased with the purchase process and service department. The service and responsiveness around our most recent purchase of a 2 and always been very pleased with the purchase process and service department. The service and responsiveness around our most recent purchase of a 2011 Escape was especially conmendable. We worked initially with Pete, as our inquiry was through the internet channel and later with Kevin who closed the purchase. We had a number of starts and stops to the process as we were only interested in one model that needed to be traded in and we were undecided around how best to sell our present Escape Hybrid. Thoughout these chapters Pete and Kevin were very helpful and very price competitive. Bottom line it all worked out great, and I would highly recommend working with both of them as well as the dealership in general. More
Kevin is fantastic. He spent a lot of time with myself and my wife explaining all the oiptions of not only the car but leasing vs buying, etc. also, trying to accommodate ue with the type, color, options and my wife explaining all the oiptions of not only the car but leasing vs buying, etc. also, trying to accommodate ue with the type, color, options etc. of each car that we were interested in getting. Afterward when we picked up the car he spent what seemed like forever (in a good way) explaining all the bells and wistles and especially the sync for cell phones. We are on our forth car now and have recommended Kevin to our friends and family and everyone is equally satisfied. He was a rare find indeed. And George Wall is a great dealership with equally nice and competent staff. And the free oil changes are a great touch. I recommend Kevin and George Wall highly without reservations. RCT More
My current Lincoln MKS is the 4th car I've purchased from Kevin (I followed him from another Lincoln dealer when he moved to George Wall). I consider him more as a friend than a salesman. He know Lincoln cars and is always ready to talk on the phone about any car questions or problems. I trust him. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with him for any car purchase. Forgot to mention the service. They know their cars. When Kevin brought my car in recently for an AC repair, they found and fixed, under the warranty, an unrelated problem that I thought was the way the car was built. That's what I call taking care of the customer. More
