We are leasing currently a Ford Edge and a Ford Flex from George Wall. We had another Edge that just recently was lost in the Sandy storm. We have therefore had two purchase (lease) engagements with George Wall Ford and both times they were as good an experience as one could hope for when selecting and negotiating for a car. Kevin Karajz is 3 decades in car sales. He's knowledgeable because he is a car sales pro. Not a guy doing this as a second job or someone in between careers. He knows what he knows because he is seasoned and he knows what you as a customer need to know (or at least what we needed to know). What more can you ask for then that? The sales managers (Andy and Paul) are great guys too and they play their roles with class and care. They also do a great job of representing the interests of the dealership. I have no problem with the dealer making a living and staying in business. The Service Department headed up by Bill McVitty and our contact Cat Trembley are arguably the best examples of customer care professionals as you will ever meet. Along with the Loaner Car specialist, Lori Costello, they are a team of pros who understand that on service issues you want your appointment to be prompt; issues expressed clearly; remedies expressed in terms of "what" and "when" and they do this VERY well...and then you want to be functional with a loaner car so that your world doesn't stop because of your car. They get it! More

The day I came to pick up the car was an even better experience as Pat Osterio gave me all the details I need and answer all my questions. Then Kevin gave me a hands on orientation of the car and all the feature. Kevin even help register the on-line services features so that he sync my phone before I left the dealership. Kevin made sure I knew how to use everything and gave me useful tips. My family has used George Wall and Kevin K. for their cars for a couple of decades, but this was the first time I purchased my own car. I can honestly recommend Kevin Karajz and George Wall LF to anyone. More
7-3-12 --- I have to say that this was one of the rare times that we were not "pounced" upon when walking into a car dealership. That in itself is a pleasant thing. Eventually we hooked up with Paul Tom times that we were not "pounced" upon when walking into a car dealership. That in itself is a pleasant thing. Eventually we hooked up with Paul Tomaselli who availed himself to us with unlimited time and patience. We in fact pounced on him with endless questions and concerns about the Ford Fusion. Needless to say we did buy the car, but only because Paul was so thorough and clear with all his explanations that he wiped away any concerns we might have had. He also gave us a 100% hands-on demonstration on just about every feature this car had. He took the extra time to not only explain the Sync system to us, but to demonstrate it as well. Unfortunately I do not remember the gentleman's name that handled our financing, but I have to say that he was an asset too. He also took the time to patiently explain the many options that were available to us. I appreciated that. Would I ever buy a car from this dealership again? You betcha, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. My hat's off to you for being the best you can be. More

Ths is the 4th car I purchased with Kevin. He knows his business and bends over backwards to accommodate the customer. I travel further to use this dealer but the confidence I have in doing business with business and bends over backwards to accommodate the customer. Unlike most of the salesman I met with at other dealers, Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles offered at his dealership. His friendly, courteous demeanor made the experience pleasurable. After all the paperwork was done, Kevin spent about an hour with me going over every feature in the car.
