too little too late I had an issue with the dealership keeping their word. I was sold a certified preowned vehicle with scratches, with a promise that they would fix them I had an issue with the dealership keeping their word. I was sold a certified preowned vehicle with scratches, with a promise that they would fix them or repaint them if need be. I could not get a returned call for months and was sent from manager to manager. I must have worked with every manager there. I was told my remote start would be in the same key fob, but it was in an extra key fob. Then I was told that my car would be fixed in a day, but it took 7 days. I was actually called, and was corrected with my complaint. Reminding me of everything that was "done" for me. Just about everything I was promised fell through, until I went to the better business bureau. They ended up fixing everything, but it was too little too late. I would not even go back there for service at this point. More

When I had a problem he helped me out in a timely fashion. He made sure that he answered all my questions. When I brought the car in to have the brakes checked the service department checked them and fixed the problem. Would I recommend this dealership to other people I would say absolutely yes. More
Awesome Sales Reps!!!!!! We were looking to purchase a new truck for our family. When my husband found something he liked he then took us to see if that is what we wanted. We were welcomed by Mike and Matt as if they new us for years. I personally don't like car dealers because they all tend to be pushy and that is very annoying. To my surprise Mike and Matt were not those guys. They asked us what we were looking for what we wanted in the vehicle and found what we wanted. Mike was not there when came back with a decision so Matt took good care of us. Matt is already the sales manager but if he wasn't he should be. Thank you for your patience with us and the not being pushy was the right way to go with us. I've walked out of places when a salesmen gets to pushy. Thank you Matt for your patience. More

We could not be more pleased with the excellence of everyone who assisted us. Jeff diligently initiated the process, passing us on to ace Sales Consultant, Ahmed Ibrahim, whom we found to be courteous, personable, and enthusiastic. We also negotiated with Matt Small, the dynamic Sales Manager extraordinaire at George Wall dealership. (We called him & Ahmed "the dynamic duo"!) Finally, we met with Jonathan Siegel, the new & very astute Business Manager there. Such team work! They were all very professional, while simultaneously simply making the whole process enjoyable! We love our new Explorer, but, as importantly, we are great fans of your sales force! We will be return customers, as well as recommending you to friends and family!
