LOVE my new car After countless trips to different dealerships trying to figure out what car I wanted I'm glad my 3 month journey ended at George Wall! I had initiall After countless trips to different dealerships trying to figure out what car I wanted I'm glad my 3 month journey ended at George Wall! I had initially emailed back and forth with Jeff about a TrueCar estimate I had received. Jeff always promptly answered my emails and calls. When I got to the dealership Jeff introduced me to Mike Lalley. Mike is an excellent salesperson and understood that I was only coming in to test drive the car. I had explained to him that I had been to several dealerships and I didn't want to waste his time or mine, I only wanted to hear what the final price would be. I find that a lot of other sales people would look at me being a young female as an easy target and try to pull one over on me, but Mike always treated me with the utmost respect. He never once pressured me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. He answered my phone calls and even worked around my crazy schedule. Although as Mike said "The MKC could sell itself" and he was right but his friendly persona helped me finalize the deal. I LOVE my new MKC and I am so happy I decided to buy it at George Wall! More
