This dealership is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission CAN-SPAM Act. I emailed them directly to give them a chance to correct the issue, and I have replied to the spam emails they have sent. I Commission CAN-SPAM Act. I emailed them directly to give them a chance to correct the issue, and I have replied to the spam emails they have sent. I have, of course, used their opt-out link. My requests have not been honored. I have made multiple FTC reports for each email they send beyond my opt-out window. Each violation is fined at up to $53,088. Hopefully that will get their attention. More
