No BS or amateur hour sales tactics, friendly, responsive, quick, extremely straightforward and above all respectful of your time and needs. I'd certainly try them again in the future. There was one small issue with the vehicle that I didn't even notice (a scratch) that the manager pointed out and explained step by step how it would be addressed. I was so impressed with how I was treated and more importantly how courteous they were to my wife. This is the best experience I have ever had with any purchase.
