Customer Comes First When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the drive When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the driver's side of the car. I contacted Ahmed and he told me to bring the car in and he would have his service guys take a look at it. The services guy did an excellent job fixing it and you can hardly notice that the cigarette hole is there. That is what makes George Wall a great car dealership. They go above and beyond to help their customers and keep them happy. Ahmed was also very helpful teaching me how to use the bluetooth in my car. Buying a car is a big decision and everyone at George Wall made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me into doing anything. If I decide to get another car in the future, I would highly consider going back to George Wall. Jonathan was also a pleasure to deal with and he made dealing with all of the finance stuff for the car as easy as possible for me. More

The entire process he stood by our side and in my opinion excelled in customer service. When you are making such a large purchase you want to feel confident in the product you are receiving and in this case the vehicle. Matt really put all of our concerns at ease, he was in contact with us, assuring that everything would be taking care of and he did not disappoint. In the end, we ended up with a different truck (of course we are paying the price increase between the two) but we are extremely happy with our purchase. I can not thank Matt enough for always being honest with us, keeping us informed, and being a Sales Manager who really is concerned about his customers happiness. More

I decided to check out George Wall and Amhed was confident that he would get me exactly what I was looking for in my tight price range. And he did! I was amazed at how quickly this deal came about. There was no hassling or negotiating. He offered me a vehicle that had everything I wanted, met every specification, and was able to get it for my price in record time. The deal was made within the hour. Upon picking up the vehicle, it was absolutely gorgeous and I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you Ahmed and to the other workers at George Wall Ford. Horrible Experience My experience at George Wall was absolutely terrible. I came because a family member referred me to Paul Palermo. Was told he could beat any price giv My experience at George Wall was absolutely terrible. I came because a family member referred me to Paul Palermo. Was told he could beat any price given to him. I explained to Paul what vehicle I was looking at, what options came with the car and the price I was offered from another dealer. After showing me 2 vehicles which were nowhere near the models I was looking for Paul told me I was being lied to about the prices. He then proceeded to tell me to come back when the deal "crumbled" and just walked away back into his office leaving me in lobby. He didn't even discuss any pricing with me. He Couldn't tell me that he couldn't come near the price I spoke about or event I've me the common courtesy of a handshake. It was completely disrespectful and no prospective customer should ever be treated like that. I took my business to Dana Ford in Staten Island and they gave me the deal that I was supposedly "lied" to about. Paul is an absolute disgrace to a field where the customer should always be right and should be ashamed of his actions. More
