Customer Comes First When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the drive When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the driver's side of the car. I contacted Ahmed and he told me to bring the car in and he would have his service guys take a look at it. The services guy did an excellent job fixing it and you can hardly notice that the cigarette hole is there. That is what makes George Wall a great car dealership. They go above and beyond to help their customers and keep them happy. Ahmed was also very helpful teaching me how to use the bluetooth in my car. Buying a car is a big decision and everyone at George Wall made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me into doing anything. If I decide to get another car in the future, I would highly consider going back to George Wall. Jonathan was also a pleasure to deal with and he made dealing with all of the finance stuff for the car as easy as possible for me. More

When you are making such a large purchase you want to feel confident in the product you are receiving and in this case the vehicle. Matt really put all of our concerns at ease, he was in contact with us, assuring that everything would be taking care of and he did not disappoint. In the end, we ended up with a different truck (of course we are paying the price increase between the two) but we are extremely happy with our purchase.
