Stopped in Buhler - did not like the manager, Toms' - they were just annoying & the old Sansone, now its lester Glenn. The place still has the stench of Sansone over it - no thanks! Landed fer at Wall by accident and i am glad I did! Car salespeople are like televangelists, mattress salesma, politicians --you name it. Theyre the worst. My sales man Ahmed was just a good guy. I never felt pressured at all. His manager Matt was the same. He needs to not talk so much, but still a gret guy. Long story short, I got my f150 for the price i wanted when no other dealership could give me tht price. great job! Thank you. True test comes in a few months when i come in for service. More

Courteous knowledgeable staff and good selection I would like to have given 4 1/2 stars but my overall experience with Izzy Rodriguez and the rest of the staff was excellent. Izzy spent at least 6 ho I would like to have given 4 1/2 stars but my overall experience with Izzy Rodriguez and the rest of the staff was excellent. Izzy spent at least 6 hours with me answering questions and offering cars to demo that appealed to me. Once I made my decision the management team made sure I got a fair trade in price for my current vehicle. Additionally, they worked to ensure I kept within my budget for the lease I chose. The car was detailed and filled with gas before I left. Izzy spent additional time going over the things necessary to know for me to enjoy the car and be able to feel at ease in a car this complex. He has also responded promptly to any questions and needs I have had since the purchase. The 1/2 star loss for me is attributable to a service need due to a malfunctioning on board system which, in my opinion, should have been identified and corrected before I was given the car. One other thing contributing to the 1/2 star is the car was sold as having 10 miles on the odometer when it actually had 110 miles. Although not a big deal it is $25 towards any mileage exceeding the lease term. I'm sure I will also be penalized for the mileage to and from the dealer for the required service. I guess I would also like to know where that mileage came from. Those few nits are not enough for me to have a bad feeling about George Wall Ford Lincoln and I am sure when I am looking for my next car it will be at this dealership. More

Very poor customer service!!!!! I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle on a Monday ,after finding the vehicle at another dealership I was told to leave a $500 deposit and I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle on a Monday ,after finding the vehicle at another dealership I was told to leave a $500 deposit and they would retrieve the vehicle. Two days went by no phone call with an update as to when I would get my vehicle. When I called I got the runaround that they were still trying to retrieve the vehicle. I called and spoke directly with the manager and he told me the same thing he found the vehicle but was waiting for them to choose one of his vehicles to swap. After an entire week of not one phone call from either the manager or the salesman. I called back again on Friday left a message for both and still not one of them called me back. How do you leave someone waiting an entire week with no phone call , Or a return call when you took a deposit to get a vehicle? I walked into the dealership on Saturday morning to refund my deposit and again lies as to what was taking so long to retrieve this vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles through the years and I have never heard of such nonsense over a week to get a vehicle and that wasn’t the biggest issue , The lack of communication and disregard for me waiting was just unbelievable. I still cannot believe how not only the salesman but the manager gave me the runaround , didn’t return calls and had complete disregard for me waiting an entire week!! On Friday I was told the salesman was with a client and would call me in 10 minutes, he never did!! and in the end no one even cared or try to make it right! That’s even more upsetting as I went to get my deposit back, like it didn’t even matter that I just lost an entire week and was so angry and frustrated!. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
