I was going to need a loaner vehicle while my SUV was being repaired. However, sometimes, there is a problem with getting a loaner. This time I was fortunate enough to get one the early evening of New Year's Eve weekend. Matt, Justin, and Augie (all in service) did a great job correcting the repair issues (all under Warranty). Augie even drove to my home to swap the loaner for my SUV. Sales and Service do go above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I must admit, George Wall provides better and more friendly service than the Land Rover dealer when I had my Discovery. Again, 5 stars to George Wall Ford Lincoln! More
