Saw some poor reviews of this place but decided to try it out anyways. Was met with, what I can comfortably say, was the worst salesman I have ever come across. His name is Michael Butler. Worked with a salesman named MICHAEL BUTLER. I got up to shake his hand and he proceeded to squeeze very hard and pulled my hand in. I felt very physically threatened while management did absolutely nothing. I have a 2020 Chevrolet equinox it overheated I took it to their service department and it took them a month and 4000 dollars to "fix" my car and engine. Then when Iand 2 months since I gave it to them to to their service department and it took them a month and 4000 dollars to "fix" my car and engine. Then when Iand 2 months since I gave it to them to fix. The technician that was working on it is in the hospital but no one else is working on it for some reason. So I was down 4 thousand dollars and had to buy my own rental car just so I could drive my kids and mother to where they needed to be. This is ridiculous got it back it overheated yet again so they had tow it in. It has been a month since I last saw my car and 2 months since I gave it to them to fix. The technician that was working on it is in the hospital but no one else is working on it for some reason.
