He took his time getting to know my needs and what I was interested in, he wasn't just trying to push the newest car on the lot. He was also very knowledgable about the cars on the lot (I hate when a car salesmen has to go back to the computer to look up simple details). He was also very easy to get ahold of and see (a must when you want your ready to close). Overall it was the best car buying experience I've had, Mike truly knows what he's doing and takes pleasure in provide the best (unlike someone who is just trying to collect a paycheck!).
