Christy was my tech rep who checked me in. She took the time to really listen to my explanation of what was wrong with my car. There were many things going on with the vehicle. But she listened and I appreciate that. She wrote down what I told her and got my car in right away. She kept me abreast of what was going on with the vehicle as it was being checked and repaired by the service man. She called my phone, she left text messages, and she even sent me emails--all in an effort to keep me aware of my car's repair status. I also appreciated that she offered me a great discount as my overall bill was massive. Secondly, I am so happy with the workmanship of your repair guys. They did a great job! All of the main areas of concern were fixed and my car runs a thousand times better. Marvelous! More
