I realize that this has been a very difficult deal. We have always known that Burt was a great salesman, but have never seen him jump through quite this many hoops for us. I have been coming to buy all of my cars from him for over 20 years. I often recommend him to others looking for a Chevy. It was only yesterday that I realized that I had never taken the time to write and tell you. We fully realize that this is something you must hear often, but one can never be told enough that they go the extra mile for all of their customers. In this case the mile has been overly long.
