I came in to collect my 2000 Nissan Xterra which was being serviced at this location and while waiting for my vehicle, I was chatting with one of the sales associates, Walter. Upon hearing the agonies I being serviced at this location and while waiting for my vehicle, I was chatting with one of the sales associates, Walter. Upon hearing the agonies I was experiencing with my vehicle he made a great offer to trade in the Xterra in exchange for a newer vehicle; I had been to other local dealerships and got very low offers for a trade. My friend who was with me at the time and who had also recently purchased a used vehicle, could not believe the great offer; prior to speaking to Walter my intent was to go to the dealership at which my friend had purchased his vehicle and see if I could get a decent trade. Although I doubted that I would be approved, much less have affordable payments as well as the vehicle I really wanted, Walter made it happen. I could not believe it! Now I have no worries and I really enjoy my 2012 Nissan Versa; not only is it reliable, it suits my needs and is great on gas. Walter went above and beyond to ensure that I got the Versa and took care of everything within a relatively short span of time. Even after I made my purchase and went back to the dealership, Walter attended to me without an issue; he was professional and accommodating. More

We just purchased our 14th vehicle from George Harte-we keep coming back because they take good care of us.
