From the moment we stepped into the Harte dealership through the point of sale, everything went smoothly and was done in the most professional manner. We asked for Mike Mercier since our first experience in purchasing a Maxima with him was terrific! Mike is extremely personable,knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. He offered us a Very fair price, and walked us through the entire process, Harte Nissan is truly fortunate to have Mike as their Sales Manager, I know we were ! Joe Tramuta was introduced to us by Mike. Joe went with us for the test drive and thoroughly explained everything about the car and was most accommodating at answering any questions that we had. Joe too was very personable and extremely willing to please us. Harte Nissan as also lucky to have Joe . Carlton Marable was also terrific. He had us sign any pertinent paperwork and went over extended warranties. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel very comfortable. Yes our overall experience was as close to perfection as you can get. We feel very fortunate and Harte Nissan should be proud to have these gentlemen in their dealership. Although they didn't have the Altima S in the color I wanted, they did have the SL, I ended up getting the SL. I absolutely love it! I came back Monday to finish up everything and they even told me I could take the car that same day! Carlton, walked me through all the paperwork explaining everything and not just telling me to sign without letting me know what it was for. All in all it was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. More

Justin was excellent at "Plain-Dealing" and I was soon treading in my car for a beautiful new Pathfinder. All terms were carefully explained and I was happy with the financial and personal dealings with Justin and the Nissan staff. I will seek out Justin for my next deal because my daughter is going to need a car soon. Carl was great with warranty. Harte has my loyalty and has not disappointed for three years now.
