Brought in truck for needed brake work (Invoice#528556) Work was completed and I picked up truck the next day. After about 1 day of driving, brakes began to squeal loudly after the truck was driven for a f Work was completed and I picked up truck the next day. After about 1 day of driving, brakes began to squeal loudly after the truck was driven for a few miles. I returned the truck to the repair facility on June 24th and the dealership replaced the brake pads said that the pads were "defective". A week later I moved out of state and the brakes continued to squeal badly. A local dealer showed me how the brake pads were of poor quality and were damaging the rotors on my truck. I had paid over 2K for the brake work and had to repair their substandard work on my truck. I would never trust these guys with a vehicle again! More

I was quotede 1 price over the phone then when I got there was told another price and then when I paid it was totally different price yet . He stayed on it with emailing me over the months and it paid off. I drove 3 hours to pick it up, it was pulled aside, cleaned and ready for me. Also was very understanding with my 2 year old who made a mess with water and her snack.
