Don’t expect to get much for your trade and certainly don’t expect to talk them way down on their price. They are numbers driven and do not care if you get up and walk out. I know car dealers and casinos both operate the same way… they can’t lose money and stay in business. I can’t say I will never go there again but I only agreed to my deal because of the color and interior of what I bought, that I could not find anywhere else. I bought a used vehicle that was probably a bit overpriced, but I had a really good cup of coffee there. To sum up, there are some very nice folks there. More
I brought my 2018 Buick enclave that was not starting consistently. I left my car there for 4 days and they said nothing was wrong with it. I still had to pay $170 ‘diagnostic fee’ to be told the custome consistently. I left my car there for 4 days and they said nothing was wrong with it. I still had to pay $170 ‘diagnostic fee’ to be told the customers problem could not be replicated. I left and a week later the car wouldn’t start at all and had to be towed this time to the downtown GMC. I let it sit there for 12 days without any updates. I have had so many problems with GMC servicing my vehicles. I ONLY bring it to the dealership and there has been disappointment with EVERY visit. I had to bring it in three times back to back to have them address a problem with the exhaust. Finally after the fixed the issue I got my car back and the Apple play app was missing from our consule interface. I called back in and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix this problem. This was a major disappointment because we rely on Apple car play so much. So this time I was FED up and I decided to leave GMC and trade my car in and we bought a new Lincoln Navigator. We buy new cars every few years and the service department makes a tremendous impact on how likely we are to keep buying cars there. I just couldn’t get myself to buy a new SUV from GMC this time because I couldn’t bear the idea of bringing in my car for service here anymore. More
I brought my GMC truck in for a warranty fix and to have my Bluetooth phone connection fixed. The guy who helped me was a great help as he helped connect my phone to the trucks Bluetooth.
