BAD experience compared to 5 other Chevy dealers Here's why it turned out bad. Initially the salesman was courteous and friendly and made me think the rest of the experience was going to be the same. Here's why it turned out bad. Initially the salesman was courteous and friendly and made me think the rest of the experience was going to be the same. Once the sales manager: ANGEL GARCIA came into to speak to me, he did not introduce himself and started to tell me that he wanted to get that credit score pulled so he could give me some numbers. I explained that I had not see any numbers yet that would make me feel like I was committed to pulling the credit score yet. I gave him enough information to negotiate. He went away for a while then when he came back, Angel started to scoff at Jesse the salesman in front of me and my nephew. It made me feel uncomfortable arguing with employee in front of me. When I tried to address the issue replied that "that's how me and my employees talk to each other, we always mess around like that". I told him again that it still had me sitting uncomfortable and he kept interrupting me midway into my sentences. I asked him to stop talking over me and to please let me finish my sentences before he interrupts again. As I tried to tell him that I didn't appreciate the way he had handle himself, he tried to turn it around and replied that I was making him feel uncomfortable. He still continued to interrupted me while I was talking on a few occasions. I felt he did not try to negotiate with me at all and try to earn my business as he sat back in his chair with a proud look. I asked him for the purchase order and as he got up again he complained that it was too cold and when I said I was feeling comfortable he replied," that's because you have a jacket on" smartly. He tried to make me feel bad about the fact that I had a jacket on? I told Angel I was not happy about the fact that I did not feel we had negotiated the price at all and asked if he would negotiate the price a little more with me he said no. Patronized me and challenged me in front of my family. I tried to see if things could be brought around somehow by communicating to him of how my experience had gone, but it did not seem to affect Angel at all. Finally I felt like I was getting nowhere with Angel and stood up to leave. One final note, I had asked Angel for his business card several times and it seemed he was reluctant to give it to me. The experience was not good at all and I do not recommend this dealer for your next Chevrolet purchase and I have owned 4 Chevy vehicles now. Go to another Chevy dealer and save yourself some heartache. More
2016 Traverse - Great Service Department..!! Took my car to the service department since i noticed a sound coming from the engine compartment. Andy Lopez from the service department went above an Took my car to the service department since i noticed a sound coming from the engine compartment. Andy Lopez from the service department went above and beyond to try and diagnose the issue. He even went as far as requesting an exact car so we can see if said noise was normal to those models. And guess what the minimal noise was indeed normal. It was an electronic module activating at time of driving. Even though said dealer/service department is far from my house, i would gladly make the drive to GEORGE CHEVROLET to have my car serviced. I would definitely recommend them and of course ask for Andy. More

I have never had so much problems with George Chevrolet at Bellflower a 2016 Cruz having problems for the second time and they don't want to give a re I have never had so much problems with George Chevrolet at Bellflower a 2016 Cruz having problems for the second time and they don't want to give a rental cuz of I lost my driver license, my brother inlaw couldn't take out the car cuz he didn't have a credit card and they didn't except mines, my sister couldn't take out the first time cuz the tow truck was 8 minutes late and by the second time my sister tried to take the car out she didn't have the current insurance and the dealer didn't wan to printout from the computer and the dealer won't have any rentals on the weekend so they'd decided to send to enterprise but send the car back on Monday cuz it's not a Chevy car worst service ever this is the sevond time I take the car in and the first time they left me with no car not even with the DMV print out they let u take out a rental, and the worst thing NO MANAGER OR ASSISTANT NANAGER TO HELP YOU More

Several Electrical problems taken care of After being taken advantage of by another dealer, I took my car to George Chevrolet for a noise in the front of my car and heat coming out the vents i After being taken advantage of by another dealer, I took my car to George Chevrolet for a noise in the front of my car and heat coming out the vents inside. After they looked at the car, I needed a new water pump (under warranty), but, the Service writer forgot to put the heat coming from the vent, so when he called me to find out if i was satisfied, i mentioned the other problem and he had me bring it back in. It ended up being several Electrical problems and after a week, i finally got my car back, but, they called me everyday to let me know what was going on and what needed to be done. I have been very happy with George Chevrolet every time i have taken my car in there and will probably never take it to another dealer, especially after i got the run around and an extremely high bill from another dealer for doing a minor oil change. More
