I am a previous customer from the former dealership and some time has passed since I've been to the dealership for a visit. Outstanding service - had difficult to diagnose problem on my new corvette and Charlie fit me in right away. I have never been into a dealership that actually came back from my offer after speaking to "the manager" with a lower price than I offered! And this was after offering a significantly below inv back from my offer after speaking to "the manager" with a lower price than I offered! And this was after offering a significantly below invoice number and I kept all of the rebates. No high pressure sales, and extremely helpful in getting me the aftermarket/accesories that I wanted. I am a very shrewd negotiator, and researched KBB, Edmunds.com etc. These people are really that good! More
