Glenn, Geoff Penske and the staff were very friendly and made sure that I was provided for. I test drove the car and there were a couple of minor items that Glenn Jackson said he would take care of once I got back to Texas, working with my local GMC/Buick dealership. My Truck broke down on Interstate 222 while taking some items to my daughter while she was moving. I had AAA tow my vehicle to Geoff Penske Buick. Since I had no way to deliver the items to my daughter, B items to my daughter while she was moving. I had AAA tow my vehicle to Geoff Penske Buick. Since I had no way to deliver the items to my daughter, Brad from the Parts Dept. helped me get the items to my daughter's house about 2 miles away. Jeremy stayed in touch and was able to secure the necessary parts in one day. Willam did all repairs and service required in a few hours. I had my truck back in two business days. The courtesy shown to me and my wife was exceptional. I have never seen a report like the compehensive report that I received when the service was completed. Overall, an exceptional job. I'll be back. More
