This was totally an online sale up to the point of signing the papers and picking up the vehicle. I was very impressed when I actually got to the dealership (180 mile drive). The vehicle was much nicer than I had expected and the few flaws it did have were accurately described in the correspondence. I would certainly recommend this dealership and even buy again myself. Yesterday 8-11,2014 I pushed myself to go ahead and look at the 2015's that just came out. I found one and lo and behold who comes up to assist but Randy 7 years later. Same great attitude same helpful self. Well I purchased the 2015 and left with it. Whoever gets the 2007 Envoy is getting a great ride not even a rattle anywhere and still runs like the first day. Randy - thank you and thanks to Penske for the professional business you run. Another new GMC Terrain I visited the Penske showroom planning to purchase a 2014 GMC Terrain to replace my 2011 GMC Terrain which was also purchased at Penske and provided m I visited the Penske showroom planning to purchase a 2014 GMC Terrain to replace my 2011 GMC Terrain which was also purchased at Penske and provided me with excellent service but now had high mileage. The staff was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle with the color and features that I wanted. Although they did not have it on their lot, they were very prompt to locate it for me and have it brought to their dealership. Unfortunately, that vehicle was damaged in transit but the team at Penske worked very hard to find me another identical vehicle and had it brought to the dealership in almost the same time frame! Although the new Terrain had some options that I was not planning to purchase, Penske GMC did not charge me for those options. I cannot complement them enough for the very fair and professional manner in which they got the deal done including very generous trade-in allowance on my old Terrain. There was no high pressure sales or gimmicks involved. I felt that I truly got a very fair deal and the wonderful new vehicle I wanted. More

What started out bad, ended amazing... I will buy here again At first the Finance Manager lied to us and sold us a packaged warranty... He said it covered “everything”, all the “high tech parts, like Navigation, At first the Finance Manager lied to us and sold us a packaged warranty... He said it covered “everything”, all the “high tech parts, like Navigation, DVD player, radio, etc” and it was worth the extra $60 a month. I reluctantly agreed to the coverage. We read the fine print later on, which states that NONE of those “high tech” parts are included at all. When I contacted him he said it was too late, and the monthly payment could not be changed, and we would only get a partial refund. You can imagine my extreme frustration; feeling cheated and mislead. I promptly wrote a message to Mr. Penske, his general manager, and is pre-owned manager... Within no time, Mr. Penske himself contacted me directly, sincerely apologizing for what happened. He promised me he would personally right the wrongs to the best of his ability. Let me tell you, this dealership has some excellent managers... Mr. Penske contacted the lender just in time to cancel EVERYTHING and he brought us back to resign the contract to our liking. He also offered to send a driver to meet us and even have the vehicle re-cleaned under his personal supervision. Neither of those were necessary, so we declined, we were just happy to have the deal that we had been hoping for. When we arrived at the dealership to resign, I met Mr. Penske personally, and he was as genuinely concerned about our happiness as his messages portrayed. It is unique to find a dealership that has this level of true customer service at it's core. We also met the pre-owned sales manager, who was just as dedicated to righting the situation. Mr. Penske assured us he would address the employee that caused the problem, which I believe he will handle appropriately. We love our vehicle and could not be more pleased with the end result! I would definitely buy from them again, despite the issues at hand, because they didn't brush me off, the fixed it the right way. More
like new experience My wife just bought a used car with low miles and in perfect condition. We were treated like we bought a brand new car. Bryan was our salesperson and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about our car. He has and will continue to help us with all features this car has to offer. We are not familiar with all the electronics on this car. He said he is willing to help us any time. Victor was also helpful in getting us a good price for our trade in and lowering the price of our new car. This dealership (Geoff Penske) has a beautiful new building and all the people treat you very nice. This is a new experience for us and so far it has been great. More

They discover the problem which was an oil seep in the engine, they insisted I needed to get the car repaired as quickly as possible. The service department set up the appointment at my earliest convenience. It took them 5 hours to complete and I received the car back in great shape. I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with the service the Penske service department provides. I plan to take my 2009 Buick to them every time it needs service. More

Great customer service Scheduled an oil change and Joy contacted me to set the time and secure a loaner vehicle for me. I was just going to wait but they offered to do my i Scheduled an oil change and Joy contacted me to set the time and secure a loaner vehicle for me. I was just going to wait but they offered to do my inspection which wasn't due for 2 months, so I took the loaner. Still only took about 1 1/2 hours and my car was washed and ready to go. Definitely will schedule my service work there again. More
