Visiting family and my car decided to throw codes. I had called service and they were extremely nice and understanding. I was calling on a Saturday and was told car could be serviced on Wednesday. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would…My family and I had been going to Gentilini for years until recently. I setup a Ford service appointment to have some warranty work done on my pickup. T family and I had been going to Gentilini for years until recently. I setup a Ford service appointment to have some warranty work done on my pickup. The woman on the phone who scheduled the appointment weeks before assured me that the work would be covered under my extended warranty program. Therefore, I would only be required to pay a deductible to have the issue fixed. Upon my scheduled appointment, I was rudely contradicted numerous times by the gentlemen at the service advisor desk. He claimed that it was my responsibly to “know” that the woman(“cashier” as he put it) I spoke to and the service advisors do not communicate about scope of work and therefore have no knowledge of how many hours the job may take to complete.. Why then does Gentilini allow so called “cashiers” to schedule appointments and answer phone calls????? The very disrespectful gentlemen implied that I was at fault for being misinformed by THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE!! The so called “service advisor” said he would gladly “take” my 100 dollar deductible but would likely charge me more later upon discovery.. I refused the service and my family will never be using them again for sales or service on my current or future vehicles based on the very poor customer service experience and disrespectful attitude by this service advisor. More
