Very Happy I can't say enough about Gentilini and our salesman Emil. Our son was looking for his first car. He wanted a used Ranger. When an '07 Ranger was traded in, Emil phoned us immediately. This was my son's money so it was a lot to him (us) and as a parent it was my duty to try my best to make sure my son was buying a safe, reliable vehicle. Genilini's mechanic reviewed the truck but they also let me drive it down to my mechanic so that he could look it over. Gentilini had their mechanic fix everything that was wrong with the truck! Even though this wasn't a big ticket purchase I feel that Emil and Gentilini were every bit as attentive as if we were buying a $50k vehicle. I'm an old-fashioned kind of guy and I value honesty, integrity, and courtesy. Both Emil and Gentilini demonstrated these traits. I'm quick to castigate a business or contractor who doesn't display them but I feel it's just as important to spend at least as much effort spreading the word about businesses that conduct themselves honorably. The next time we need a vehicle, be it used or new, my first call will be to Emil at Gentilini. More

As soon as I put in a request for more info online, Frank O was responsive, friendly, and helpful. He set me up with Tom Pop who gave me great information and set up a time for me to come in to test some vehicles. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't meet with Tom; However, Frank then set me up with Dave and what a guy! Dave is straightforward and to the point, extremely knowledgeable, with a great personality to boot. He made me feel very comfortable and put my first time car buying jitters to rest. Dave worked hard to get me the best bang for my buck and sent me home in the perfect car for me.
