She's also had great experiences with the Service Department, and Rich Lewis who went "above and beyond" in helping her with an insurance settlement when a rock flew up on the highway and cracked the sunroof! I just purchased the S60 R-Design sedan for myself. I took a long time looking for a new car, since I've been driving a Saab for more than 20 years. We've been all around the state looking at all sorts of models and makes, and the folks at Gengras worked with me throughout the process -- even when they weren't sure I would end up buying one of their cars! I love my new car, and couldn't be happier. More

WE were interested in a used car, specificially to trade in our old S60(2002) for a newer one. We were also on a time crunch as we needed to buy the car that day. There were a few issues that had to be worked out, and Jolanda expressed our needs to the General Manager who in turn made the deal work out greater than our expectations.
