I had been driving my car for almost 9 years and it was getting old, and with a lot of miles. It was time for a change, or to spend a lot of money in repairs, new tires, services, etc. So I was doing the getting old, and with a lot of miles. To make the story short, arrived to Gengras Volvo, and met Mike Malchensky, who after the the usual questions about my needs, took me for a drive with this Volvo XC 60 with 12 K miles. After we discussed the price, and they made an offer for my old car, they were able to come down to a price I felt comfortable with. On delivery there were a couple of minor issues ( not with the car, just with the lack of an owners manual, and the need for a second set of keys) that were resolved very quickly in my favor.
