My one complaint is that apparently company policy requires the sales and financial personnel to attempt to sell several extras services and protections, all done with no pressure, but the repetitiveness of the presentation was off-putting. Flew to CT from OK to buy my wife the Volvo XC 60 R-Design in Red. The initial transaction went ok. We owned the car for a year and then the tag expired and needed renewed. We went to the tag office and was told that the Dealership has messed up the title work and our title basically did not exist for our car. This was AUG 2013. I called and spoke with the Office Manager JOCELYN PROTO and she assured me that it was their mistake and they would fix it. Well after being ignored, lied to, and never having a phone call returned I still do not have a title for my car. This is single handedly the worst experience I have ever had in the 15 new cars I have bought over the years. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
