Long time customer I have been with Crowlet VW for almost ten years. Before that my service manager was with Crowley Chrysler and before that he was with a small Dodge I have been with Crowlet VW for almost ten years. I stay with the service provider because he makes the quality of service responsible, thorough, and great. He always explains whats being done, reports additional findings, if any, and gives me a heads up what to expect for service needs down the road. I TRUST what he tells me. He has often gone the extra mile for me and my “fleet”. thanks for almost 25 years of managing my auto repair needs whether Chrysler, Toyota or Ford. More

SERVICE IS AWFUL I moved to the area 2 years ago with a 2015 GTI with a CPO warranty and they seemed like the right place to get service done. So, I can only speak on the service department, and I can say their "service consultant" Millie Blanchette has made it extremely difficult to deal with them. It started when I asked them to rotate the tires during two consecutive oil changes. They failed to do so and when I asked Millie about it she stated that they did not need to be rotated yet. On the 3rd oil change I told her to just rotate them regardless of what they thought. The tires ended up being cupped and vibrating like crazy and Millie told me it was because I didn't rotate them. She then told me they were having a buy 3 get 1 free sale on tires, so I could get a deal though. There's another review stating this same issue. Scam? Secondly, there was a recall on a suction pump in the fuel system which they replaced. When I got my car back, the check engine light came on within 15 minutes and the code had to do with the fuel system. When I brought it back, Millie told me it was because I purchased gas and had nothing to do with them disassembling the fuel system. I was then told I could pay my $50 CPO warranty deductible for them to diagnose it. Thirdly, I paid $850 to them to replace a side-view mirror that got knocked off by a town truck. While it was in their shop, I asked them to look at the sunshade for my sunroof because the bracket it attaches to broke. They didn't do it and when I frustratingly asked Millie why, she explicitly called me liar and said I never requested it, yet the parts department had the part in stock and with my name on it because they ordered it at her direction when I was in the week prior, scheduling the appointment. I've had other issues too, on top of Millie's inability to communicate, return phone calls, accommodate customer's needs and schedule, and extremely inaccurate time estimates, but these three stories should be enough. I'll no longer patronize this dealership and I hope they replace Millie with someone far more professional. More

Best dealership experience ever. I was visiting from out of town and experienced a major mechanical issue. Melissa got my car in immediately for service, Jerry took me back to the ho I was visiting from out of town and experienced a major mechanical issue. Melissa got my car in immediately for service, Jerry took me back to the hotel to pick up my wife, drove us to a temporary location while we waited for the work to be completed, then picked us up again when the repairs were completed. The staff were not only incredibly helpful, but super courteous and genuinely concerned that our vehicle be safely repaired so we could return home. The entire staff made us feel like long-time customers even though it was ur first time there. More
