Rude, Dishonest, and Inconsiderate Couldn't find many reviews on Crowley Volkswagen, so I thought I should tell you to look elsewhere for your next car purchased. The original sales guy was nice and listened attentively, but when it came time to negotiate with the sales manager he interrupted, spoke in a condescending manner, and did not want to negotiate a few hundred since they thought they had a sealed deal. Told me they were losing money on the list price. Come on, who's he kidding. And when I spoke to Ken Crowley, he was oblivious and pretended to care, but didn't even know what trade-in incentives his dealerships were offering. Ken, I think it's time you consider retiring. And take Harry IV with you. Epilogue: To show how unprofessional they are, they contacted us about an hour later to inform us that someone else purchased the car, just to make us feel bad. That's mean-spirited and evil, even if they did sell it that quick after we walked out. More
Service department is a simple swap out a part and bill you. If that does not work then they put in another part and bill you again. They do not test drive as the service light goes back on within 50 mil you. If that does not work then they put in another part and bill you again. Ken Crowley has a commercial where he "cares about you", but he doesn't answer emails and stays. I could go on for days about the bad service and bs that the service manager says. Go to Montesi or Curran VW. Much better sevice. More
