My mother who came with me as a guidance was very impressed with their professionalism and ability to work with me. I financed a car in the show room. I should have told the dealer to leave it alone. It was perfect when I saw it. The only problem I encountered was who ever detailed my new car left swirl marks everywhere and some small scratches that the dealer was happy to fix. They didn’t seem to consider when I told them swirl marks were everywhere though. They did fix the scratches no problem. They are a great place to buy a car. Do not get your car detailed here. More

Fantastic Sales Experience Went in to check out the Crowley dealership. I was in the market for a new VW. I hadn't made my mind on what I was looking for and I was going to chec Went in to check out the Crowley dealership. I was in the market for a new VW. I hadn't made my mind on what I was looking for and I was going to check out what was available. I was coming from a 2001 TDI Jetta and was open to suggestions. I gravitated to GLI because of color/ leather seats and they had a 2017 priced to sell! Tom Gromley was great with no pressure. We arranged a test drive and we talked about my needs. On a whim I wanted to test drive a GTI just to check it out. The GLI seemed like a fit until I test drove a GTI and it blew my socks off. They didn't have my color/ leather seat option in stock so I left a deposit to show I was serious to buy. Tom Checked around and in 48 hours my GTI was at their lot . I was in on the Thursday and purchased the car. Everything was explained thoroughly from purchase to vehicle operations and my questions were all answered. They hooked me up with a great service package as well. Kenny More

price is right I know they say that having service done at a dealer is always more expensive but I feel like they do their best to stay competitive with basic maint I know they say that having service done at a dealer is always more expensive but I feel like they do their best to stay competitive with basic maintenance.
