Highly recommend this dealership. I was driving through on a road trip and my car started flashing lights and "for safety" disabled all the safety features... But, even though they were super busy they were able to squeeze me in and check the most common issues and give me a diagnosis when it didn't turn out simple. Sadly, the part would have been in the next day - and while I really wish I could have had it done here, I just couldn't stay in town due to work the next day and the need to drive 3 states away. For reference, I did go to another dealer who told me before when things went wrong and was told: "No, we won't even check it. Make an appointment for another day." - This dealership, I personally feel, went above and beyond to help an out of state person in trouble. I greatly appreciate their assistance here and assurance that my vehicle was still safe. After getting back into my own state I was able to make an appointment with my local dealer to get the work done at a later date (though probably not at the same forgiving rate). I'd really not have felt very safe driving without concern that my engine was going to explode or something without their help. If I'm ever in CT again for a longer time and my car needs service, I'll 100% be bringing it to this dealer. Heck, they even offered to wash my car still. More
I bought my 2021 for an oil change and asked for them to reset my backup camera which had stopped working. John Clear told me that my car did not have the technology nor a camera (which is standard) ?? I s reset my backup camera which had stopped working. I shared that I had been using the camera for two years but did not want to wait any longer on a Saturday morning. I went home, looked on YouTube and fixed the settings myself for the backup camera to "On" in three seconds. Nice service department but disappointing visit. More

In and out of the dealership in 1 hour 34 minutes for a 30,000-mile service. Pretty efficient for this type of service, and appreciated Post-service, I raised a concern about billing. Took my Outback in for a warrantee covered computer upgrade, and mentioned that I was confused about many of the functions on the control panel. An absolutely fabulous young man, Sal Bernacchi, assist upgrade, and mentioned that I was confused about many of the functions on the control panel.
