This was a very efficient transaction with a very fair trade This dealership had the color and model that we were interested in. They gave us a very fair trade-in. The plates were transferred and the taxes paid, so no trip to DMV was needed. The one area for improvement is that when my husband and I were done, no one walked us out to the lot to show us where the car was.
