Center Subaru called me before I even got my recall notice to make an appointment for my car. So, of course, the recall came during Coronavirus social distance time. Center Subaru assured me my loaner notice to make an appointment for my car. So, of course, the recall came during Coronavirus social distance time. Center Subaru assured me my loaner car would be disinfected and my own car would be on return to me. They put a plastic cover on the steering wheel and seat on both cars, for their protection and mine. Car was finished at the time they said it would be , even though when I got there, I asked if they could do my 30,000 mile check up , too. Everything was explained to me and no problems at all. A really great experience, even during this stressful time of Coronavirus. I commend everyone working there during this time. Every single person was welcoming and provided professional service. I worked with Mark and he called me right away when my car was done so I could pick it u recall and I was able to schedule an appointment right away.
