Scheduling the appointment was easy, everyone I spoke with during my visit was friendly and professional, the waiting room was spacious and comfortable, and the work was done relatively quickly. They had very good COVID-19 prevention measures too - the steering wheel, seat, shifter were all covered with plastic, and they had 6-ft distances marked on the floor when speaking with the associates. Overall, a very positive experience. Also, my battery was covered by warranty, so the whole visit was completely free More
