Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had in my life, I was actually finding myself excited to go back and visit never dreaded having to hold a conversation or annoyingly going back and forth in my life, I was actually finding myself excited to go back and visit never dreaded having to hold a conversation or annoyingly going back and forth with management and the sales rep trying to make a deal. I received a call from Ashley in the morning after dropping my car off the night prior just to let me know they had my vehicle and would look at it quickly. I had an issue with a slow leak in one of m dropping my car off the night prior just to let me know they had my vehicle and would look at it quickly. I had an issue with a slow leak in one of my tires. It was found out to be a nail and luckily they were able to patch it! They could have told me I needed a new tire, but they are honest and were able to fix it for a very reasonable price. When I went to pickup the vehicle, it was just after 5pm (when service dept closes), but John Cersoli took the time to get my paperwork and point me to my vehicle. Communication and service is always excellent at Center Subaru. Liza is always great at following up after appointments to make sure I am happy with the service. Thanks! More

What a great experience at Center Subaru. Rob L., the salesman ,took his time with me and my husband to answer all our questions about the different models. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. Michael, Tracy, and Ryan are all so beyond wonderful, down-to-earth, and kind in every sense of the word. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I was driving this old, grumpy (as I call it) car that never down-to-earth, and kind in every sense of the word. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I was driving this old, grumpy (as I call it) car that never failed to greet me with issue after issue. I needed something I could drive that was safe, dependable, and affordable, being a grad student. I researched the crosstrek and instantly knew that was what I needed. It took my family and I a bit to actually go to a dealership though, as I was so worried there would be some guy forcing a deal I couldn't afford or making me look at a model I didn't care for. To my surprise once I got there I was met with the most courteous staff I've ever encountered. The three of the guys never pushed me into buying/opting for something I didn't want, made an effort to connect with us, made sure all our needs were met (even post-sale), answered every single question to their fullest ability, and were always professional & beyond considerate. We cannot thank all of them enough and their supporting staff for all their effort and dedication toward going the extra mile to make their clients happy. Thanks, y'all! More
