Great Customer Service...from Sales to Financing. I went in during a Sales Promotion, looking only to inquire as to what was being offered. My 2014 Ford Focus had been given me a lot of transmission/e I went in during a Sales Promotion, looking only to inquire as to what was being offered. My 2014 Ford Focus had been given me a lot of transmission/engine trouble with the recalls and recurring issues over the past year and a half. I was becoming uncomfortable driving it and feeling unsafe on the road. To my pleasant surprise I left the dealership with a new vehicle and sense of trust again. Replacement of Tires It was time to replace my tires on my Ford Fusion. I had been in for service at the Quick Lane in May where I was alerted to the wear of my tires. T It was time to replace my tires on my Ford Fusion. I had been in for service at the Quick Lane in May where I was alerted to the wear of my tires. The staff was great and scheduled my for September 2 and sent me a calendar entry and several reminder emails. After considering the day, I called and wanted to make sure they would be open on Labor Day and that I really had an appointment then and they confirmed 9:00 on Labor Day. Well they were not open and I was going on vacation for the next week and couldn't leave my car. The following week they got me and out in an hour and I was thankful. The only thing that bothered me was that the service person on the schedule had no awareness of my scheduled appointment neither was notified of the inconvenience it caused. I think there needs to be better communication between the Quick Lane Service team and the Service Center. More

Bad experience I will try to no come back to this dealer at all. I do not have really a very good taste on this visit and left me with no desire to comeback here. I went for a diagnostic got a $154. price for it and then later got a phone call tell me they a to do a further diagnostic and it will be about $450, but still a "DIAGNOSTIC" not even a repair or so. I said no, how in my right mind I will pay that amount for a diagnostic specially that will not take care the issue. And by the way there were a couple more customer that were there at the time that I went to pick up my vehicle that were even more disappointed than me. More
