This Ford dealer was the best out of all the other Crowley's We purchased a jeep that they had in the front of the Ford lot for sale. Our salesman, John Lloyd, was very nice and helpful. The sales manager, as well as the finance manager, were also great to do business with. All the employees we spoke to while we were there were very pleasant and outgoing. We had purchased a Jeep several years ago at Crowley Jeep and it was a disaster. We were hesitant to do business with Crowley again because of that. I'm glad we gave the Ford team a chance because doing a deal with them was night and day compared to our previous experience. More
Refuse to fix a new car that doesn't work properly They sell faulty vehicles and fail to fix the problems. Their service department is to busy to care about the problems in the cars that they sell. I bought a brand new focus from this dealership and had issues with the gas peddle sticking, they just give excuses and fail to fix. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of this dealership! More
oil change I will not go back to crowley ford for service. The last 3 times I brought my Hyndai Santa Fe in for an oil change-everytime they say they do not hav I will not go back to crowley ford for service. Now having ~100,000 miles on the car, it was time for transmission service (that our other mechanic couldn't perform because of speciality equipment required). Wife got a quote to do the service, change fluid and filters, about $330. Upon dropping it off last night to be worked on today, they call to say they've started doing the job but now it's going to cost an additional $200+ more. When asked why, they say the previous quote didn't include the cost of the replacement filters!! Such baloney!! What "legitimate" service person would quote a job and not include all the parts! I am NOT very pleased. Over the years, our previous experiences with Crowley Ford have been relatively good with no overwhelming surprises, until now!! They will NOT get any service work from us unless absolutely necessary and I will NOT ever buy another car from them. Buyer beware and get your quotes in writing!! More

I purchased a used 2011 MKZ Hybrid a few months ago I received excellent customer service from both Jamie and Kristopher at the Plainville dealership. The car was advertised as a certified used one in error...they stood by the advertisement. I was very impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. I have only owned Hondas and Acuras, I am now a Lincoln lifer! A beautiful car...an excellent choice for me. I would highly recommend both Jamie and Kristopher...oh, and they found a used car loan rate of 1.6% which was an awesome surprise! More
